HOW OLD SHOULD I BE TO RENTAL A CAR?

CAN I CHANGE THE RENTAL DURATION AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE I RENT?

For early deliveries, the price corresponding to the number of days used in the price table will be valid. HOW CAN I PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT IN CASE OF TRAFFIC PENALTY?

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS FOR PREPAID RESERVATIONS?

For Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 4 and 3 weeks, 25% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)

CAN I RENT WITH CREDIT CARD POINTS?

CITY CAR does not rent a car with credit card points.


CAN I ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER TO MY RENTED VEHICLE LATER?

An additional driver can be added to the rental agreement, but since there will be changes during the rental process, the process is completed by fulfilling the following conditions.
If you are the primary driver, you must arrive at the office with the vehicle and the new driver you wish to add.
At the office, the vehicle damage control will be done with the Manual Delivery Document, then the main driver and the additional driver will sign the rental agreement together again.


CAN I RENTAL WITH SOMEONE'S CREDIT CARD?

Unfortunately, you cannot rent with someone else's credit card. The credit card holder must come to the office with you and be included in the rental as an additional driver. Our customer is the person making the payment, our customer must come to the office with his personal credit card and sign the necessary documents. A credit card holder can open a transaction on his/her behalf, but the person on whose behalf the transaction will be opened must also have a driver's license.

DOES CITY CAR SUPPLY A REPLACEMENT VEHICLE DURING THE MAINTENANCE OF THE VEHICLE?

VEHICLE DELIVERY AND RECEIVING SERVICE

All our vehicles have HGS. When your rental is finished, your HGS usage information is received by the Highways Agency and it is collected from the credit card with which you made your rental. During the collection process, there are cases where late collection is made due to being affiliated with the Highways Agency. If our vehicles with HGS installed pass through the OGS toll booth, illegal passage occurs and is reflected on the user's credit card.

ARE THERE 4X4 VEHICLES IN YOUR FLEET?
There are no 4x4 vehicles in our fleet. There are 4x2 vehicle groups in our fleet.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSON WHO WILL MAKE THE PAYMENT/HIRE THE VEHICLE DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE?
A person without a driver's license cannot rent a car. The person renting the vehicle must have a driver's license and must make the payment himself. If you do not have a driver's license, you cannot rent a car or receive a car rental service by adding an additional driver.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT?

WHEN WILL THE REFUND OF MY PREPAID RESERVATION BE REFLECTED ON MY CREDIT CARD?
Immediately after you cancel your prepaid reservation through our website, your refund will be automatically processed if you are entitled to a refund according to the refund conditions. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The total rental amount and security deposits are collected at the beginning of the rental via the credit card of the person renting the vehicle. There is no cash payment, debit or virtual card application.

The rental agreement is opened at the time of rental and is regulated according to the laws and practices of the country where the rental is made. CITY CAR General Rental Conditions apply for rentals.

The difference in the invoice amount that may occur at the end of the rental will be collected or refunded at the rental point. The credit card holder must be personally present during rental and return. Rentals cannot be made with someone else's credit card. In addition to the rental fee, a certain amount of deposit is collected from the credit card presented by the customer, depending on the vehicle model to be rented. For this reason, there must be limit availability (as much as the total cost of rent and deposit). The amount collected as a deposit will be collected at the end of the rental, if any, including the above-mentioned additional services, guarantees, missing fuel, damage, fines, etc. It will be refunded to the same card after deducting the costs not included in the reservation, such as. ONLINE PREPAID (PAY NOW) RESERVATION AND RENTAL
The phrase Online Prepayment/Immediate Payment indicates that you can pay your rental fee and the additional services you choose online immediately. Online reservation page; whether the reservation is confirmed or not; It does not replace a car rental agreement. Rentals are made on behalf of the person whose name is included in the Prepaid Reservation Form details.

If City Car cannot provide the rental service due to its own reasons, it will refund the entire amount previously paid by the customer. For rentals to be made from City Car rental offices, the compensation for prepaid reservations is limited to the amounts written on the City Car Prepaid Reservation Forms.
City Car Prepaid Reservation forms include additional services and assurances that our customers may request at the beginning or during the rental process, as well as fuel, one-way, traffic fines and damage fees (situations where the conditions explained in the section "What to do in case of accident and theft written in the rental agreement are not met) etc. Does not include expenses. For these fees, our customers must present a personal credit card during rental.

City Car Prepaid Reservation amount includes the car rental fee and additional services you received during the reservation. Rental conditions for prepaid reservations are listed below.

For prepaid reservations, the rental day, time, vehicle information, rental office cannot be updated or changed.
The total amount of the car rental fee booked with the prepayment option and the additional products and assurance packages you choose will be collected at the reservation stage.
The discount earned through prepaid reservation cannot be combined with another campaign.
In a rental made with a prepaid reservation, if the rental period exceeds the period specified in the reservation form, the additional fee will be collected from the credit card presented by the customer at the beginning of the rental, based on the list prices for the extended days.
In prepaid reservations, if the vehicle is returned earlier than the reservation return deadline, our customers will not be refunded for their unused days.

TRAFFIC PENALTY
Any liability and financial traffic fines arising from non-compliance with the traffic laws in force belong to the user. Traffic and illegal bridge and highway toll penalties incurred during the rental period of the vehicle but received after the end of the rental are collected from the person and/or company specified in the rental agreement. How much is your deposit fee?

WHEN WILL THE DEPOSIT FEE RECEIVED AT THE START OF RENTAL BE REFUNDED?
When your rental ends, your deposit amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. It is reflected in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on the bank's internal communication. In cases where rental is made with a foreign credit card, the time for the refund to be reflected in the account is 10-15 business days.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE DRIVE THE VEHICLE I RENTED?
In order for a person(s) other than the renter to use the vehicle, the driver's license information of the additional driver(s) must be shown on the rental agreement. For this reason, the additional driver(s) must be physically present at the office when the agreement is opened. In the event of a contrary situation and/or any accident, all assurances will be deemed invalid and both the renter and the person driving the vehicle will be held separately and jointly responsible.

CAN CUSTOMERS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 RENTAL?
If our customer is over 19 years old and has a driver's license for at least 1 year, he/she can rent by purchasing the young driver package with a Group B driver's license. (daily price 175 TL + VAT)
In order to use the Young Driver Fee application, the conditions listed below and in the table must be met.
In order to rent vehicles in the economic group (A, B, N, F), you must be at least 21 years old and have a driver's license for 2 years. People who are between the ages of 19-21 and have had a driver's license for 1 year can rent a car from the economic group by paying the Young Driver fee.

In order to rent vehicles in the Comfort (O) group, you must be at least 23 years old and have a driver's license for 3 years. People who are between the ages of 21-23 and have a driver's license for 2 years can rent a car from the middle group by paying the Young Driver fee.

RENTAL WITH A FOREIGN DRIVING LICENSE
Turkish citizens who will rent know and accept that it is only possible to drive in our country with driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries under the following terms and conditions:
With driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of 1 year from the date of entry into our country.
Those who have been in our country for more than six months are required to have the Turkish translation of their driver's license approved by foreign representatives or a notary, along with their driver's license, while driving.
At the end of one year, in order to drive in our country, it is mandatory to replace the driver's license obtained from foreign countries with our country's driver's license.
Foreign nationals who will rent know and accept that it is possible to drive in our country with the driver's licenses they have obtained from foreign countries under the following terms and conditions:
With driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries, the vehicle can be used for a maximum of six months from the date of entry into our country.
At the end of six months, in order to drive in our country, the driver's licenses obtained from foreign countries must be replaced with our country's driver's license.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS
For prepaid reservations, if the reservation is canceled 1 month before the vehicle pickup day, the entire rental fee will be refunded by CITY CAR.
For Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 4 and 3 weeks, 25% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
For Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 3 and 2 weeks, 50% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
For Prepaid reservations, when the delivery time of the vehicle is between 2 weeks and 1 week, 75% of the rental fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded by CITY CAR. (No refunds will be made for 3-day reservations)
For prepaid reservations, the rental fee will not be refunded for cancellations made 1 week before vehicle delivery.
For prepaid reservations, our customers' vehicles will be kept waiting for 2 hours from the pick-up time, and our customers will be able to pick up their vehicles within these two hours. After 2 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled by the system and the fee will not be refunded.
The remaining days for early delivery of the vehicle are not refunded.
Users with a foreign driver's license are required to present their passport to the rental office, otherwise the prepayment amount will not be refunded.
Refunds for Prepaid Reservations will be reflected on your card within 3-5 business days, depending on the Bank's transaction density.
In order for the vehicles to be delivered to our customers for Prepaid Reservations, the General Rental Conditions and the following conditions must be met. If the following conditions are not met, the vehicle will not be allocated and no refund will be made.

Unused Days:
After the rental has started, if the vehicle is returned before the date range specified in the reservation form, no refund will be made for the unused days. Even though a prepaid reservation has been made, if our customer does not pick up the vehicle on the date and time specified in the reservation form, the prepayment amount collected will not be refunded.

Extension of Lease:
For a rental made with a prepaid reservation, the rental period cannot be extended.
** CITY CAR reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation. For cancellations made by CITY CAR, all money will be refunded.

CAN YOU PROVIDE RENTAL SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS WITH A CLASS H DISABLED LICENSE?
Since only specially equipped and disabled license plate vehicles can be used with an H class driver's license, it is not legally possible to rent and use our vehicles with an H class driver's license.

WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMERS FROM ABROAD?
 -For our foreign customers coming from abroad, they must have their passport and international driver's license with them when renting.

-Foreign customers coming from abroad must have an entry stamp in their passport within the last 6 months.

-Customers coming from abroad can drive a vehicle for a maximum of 2 years, starting from the date of entry into Turkey. Customers who want to drive in our country after 6 months have passed since entering the country are required to carry the translations and driver's licenses they obtained from foreign representatives or notaries while driving. After 2 years, it is mandatory to replace the driving licenses obtained from foreign countries with the driving licenses of our country.
